When executed properly, measures such as shareholders’ agreements and changes in the corporate structure, protection of new intellectual property as well as expansion of the company abroad will ensure the steady growth for years to come.

Our Growth Voucher -service package is tailored around the Business Finland’s innovation voucher. The use of our Growth Voucher -service package does not require a financial input from the company – we will send the invoice of our billable hours to Business Finland.

If the company is not eligible for an Innovation voucher, we will introduce the company to potential investors and help the company with possible funding rounds, an alternative Business Finland funding - such as Tempo, Into or Market Explorer - or a Finnvera loan up to EUR 5M.

Our Growth Voucher -service package consists of the following:

    Initial analysis

    We will perform a comprehensive analysis of our client’s needs and requirements, whereby we will draft a project description regarding the Innovation voucher. If the company is not eligible for the Innovation voucher, we will introduce the company to potential investors and help the company with possible funding rounds, an alternative Business Finland funding - such as Tempo, Into or Market Explorer - or a Finnvera loan up to EUR 5M.

    Execution of necessary measures

    Our Growth Voucher -service package includes the execution of necessary measures agreed upon with our client. Such measures may be actions such as the effective protection of the company’s IPR, legal measures related to the company’s expansion abroad or the selling of the company and/or the exit of the founders.

    Workshop

    When necessary, we will organize a workshop for the company in order to make sure that the company fully benefits from the measures that have taken place. The idea of the workshop is to train our client’s personnel so that our client is able to continue and operate their business independently after the workshop. We are confident that our top-tier service is enough to establish a long lasting customer relationship.
